Valdigne adret and envers
Discovering the villages and landscapes of Valdigne on the left and right of the Dora Baltea river.
We leave from the centre of the village of La Salle towards the Marais nature reserve, an area characterised by vegetation typical of environments rich in water. A refuge for all those fauna and flora species that love water, which are now very rare, if not completely absent in the rest of the region.
The best times to visit the Marais Nature Reserve by mountain bike are during the migratory seasons of spring and autumn, especially for bird watching. You will then cross the highest vineyards in Europe and enter broadleaf and coniferous forests.
The route is on easy-to-use dirt roads, suitable for families.
