Founded in the 1950s as an inn for smugglers crossing Col Serena from Switzerland, La Jolie Bergère has now become a historic establishment with an increasingly typical and characteristic. A mirror of Valdostan tradition, it stands out for its innovative but typically genuine cuisine and for its intimate and familiar atmosphere.
A relaxing and tasty stop at our restaurant is not to be missed. You can enjoy authentic and imaginative cuisine. The fresh products are very popular and, in summer, we receive them directly from our alpine pasture above the Planaval valley. Characteristic of the dishes is the use of local products and wild herbs, directly chosen and picked by the Chef.
