One of the most beautiful hikes in the area, hunting for breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. Start from the village of Challancin on a dirt road and follow the signs for Col de Bard-Arpilles. This is a pleasant forest trail that passes the village of Arpilles and continues to the grassy saddle of the Col de Bard. You may decide to continue to the Court de Bard from where you can admire the entire central valley with Mont Blanc, Becca Pougnenta, Grivola and Gran Paradiso.
