Ermes Pavese

The company was founded in 1999 as a result of Ermes’ passion for nature and viticulture. It turned into a real job in 2010, when he decided to leave his job in the family butcher shop to devote himself 100% to the world of viticulture and wine production.

The company produces exclusively from Prié blanc grapes, an indigenous vine from the upper Valle d’Aosta (Valdigne), the Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle Valle d’Aosta DOC.  By diversifying the vinification we now present 11 different labels, not all DOC, of blanc de morgex et de la salle.

The company is run by Ermes together with his children Nathan and Ninive.

We propose:

1. Tastings in the cellar at a cost of 15.00 euros – Guided tour of the cellar and tasting of 8 labels of the winery
2. Tasting in the vineyard at a cost of 20.00 euro – Tasting of 4 labels in our century-old vineyard, Le Sette Scalinate, accompanied by local products
3. Tasting in the cellar at a cost of 20.00 euro – Guided tour of the cellar and tasting of 4 labels of the winery accompanied by local products
4. Picnic in the vineyard 50 euro for two people – The winery provides a rucksack containing everything necessary for a zero-km picnic and a map showing the routes. All you have to do is go to the places marked on the map on foot or by bike and enjoy the local products in the shade of our vineyards.
